The venter feed belt is built to withstand real barn conditions. It is the only sheep and goat feed belt made of Magnelis® steel. It features minimal welding, is assembled with cold riveting, and all its parts are laser-cut. The result is a feeding system that is not 'eaten' by rust, works silently and reliably, and saves you time every day.

Why Magnelis®?

The barn is one of the most corrosive environments for metal, due to ammonia, moisture, and manure. Magnelis® is a steel by ArcelorMittal with a special zinc, aluminum, and magnesium coating, designed exactly for such conditions.

- Superior corrosion resistance: it lasts at least 2 times longer than common galvanized steel.

- Self-protecting edges: at the cutting points, the coating 'closes' and protects the metal.

- Ideal for livestock facilities.

Cold Riveting: Where Protection Matters

We designed the belt with minimal welds. Areas that do not bear heavy loads are connected with cold riveting (stainless steel rivets):

- The Magnelis® coating remains intact.

- The stainless steel rivets do not rust.

- Every connection is precise and uniform.

Laser Cutting, Millimeter Precision

All metal parts are laser-cut for perfect fit and clean, burr-free edges.
